Good afternoon,

The weather was perfect today, warm with a gentle zephyr, great for visiting one of the local markets.
I found two sewing items which was great.

I found three metres of lemon fabric, a favourite colour and a vintage darning mushroom; I’ve wanted a mushroom for some time because I do actually darn things and it’s nice anyway.

Also on the agenda today, two bow ties, Halloween and Christmas, I had to be quick with the Halloween tie because it’s on Thursday and I won’t get to wear it for a year otherwise.

Not the greatest Halloween fabric but I picked it up while waiting at the checkout and decided, ‘why not’? The pattern is a bit sparse but I like the stars anyway.

But I love the Christmas pattern it’s full of glitter and good cheer.
