I was out and about today and happened to pass a fabric shop, except I didn’t pass but called in and bought two nice summery shirt lengths in cotton fabric.
A plain pink and a ‘Gold Coast’ style tropical floral, I am looking forward to making these plus the yellow I bought at the weekend.
They have been washed and are ready to go…

Do you want the fabrics to become one shirt or do you want to combine the two fabrics?

I bought them to make separate shirts but they do look good together; I bought 2.5 metres of each so I shall make two shirts but perhaps use offcuts for embellishments. I also have 2.5metres of a chrome yellow fabric which fits into the mix very well.
It will be a colourful summer!
